“I felt very weak in my core area and I had some referred lower back pain and I went to the doctors and they said things like you need a disc replacement; You have to do all these operations; You must take these painkillers; and they were basically going to put me through various surgeries and I didn't want to do any of that - but the pain was so bad I needed some relief. I went to see two neurosurgeons and a back pain specialist and the surgeons wanted to operate on several places and the back pain specialist wanted to do several surgeries including implanting something permanent in my spine. I've had four surgeries that put needles in my spine and epidurals in my spine and it only gave me temporary relief for a few days but it didn't heal or really help at all. Just put a patch on a pain for a few days and that's it.

After my first Back Pain Relief4Life session, I felt an opening in my back that I hadn't felt in a long time. Twice a year since 1991, maybe even three times. I lay on my back and had to visit someone. When I first had back pain the answer was to stay in bed for three months and then go to a surgeon who said he could operate on me which I didn't want to do. So I went to a chiropractor to work with me over the years.

Before Relief4Life, my back pain was very questionable. I would have sporadic injuries to my lower spine and it would take at least a week and lots of ibuprofen and tylenol to heal. This last time, about a month ago, it took me almost two weeks to get back to a place where I wasn't in a lot of pain.

After Relief4Life, I would say after the first week there was a noticeable difference. There was, I felt my back was stronger, movement was the main focus. So that's where my greatest weakness lies. So that really worked on my core and I could feel my back muscles getting stronger as well. So it was very interesting that after a week I felt noticeably different, better. Before that I did yoga and I still enjoy it. And when I started five years ago I really had a lot of benefits, but it seemed like I wasn't getting any relief after the last year or so. He didn't get the lift he was looking for. It didn't give me a core focus that this program [Back Pain Relief4Life] really gives you. Yes, the low point for me was when I couldn't do anything with my children, that's when I said something had to change. “About 25 years ago I was diagnosed with something called spinal stenosis, which is actually arthritis.

Well I think I was initially skeptical about the workout because I've done so many exercises, so many different types of exercises that they put on me and I've done them. You know it might give you some relief, I've done all sorts of stretches whatever they are but these work better than anything I've tried in the past. My back is much freer, now I walk reasonably well, haven't walked in 15-20 years! Running isn't good for your back, as any neurosurgeon will tell you. And now I could even run a few kilometers and it doesn't bother me later. So I'm more into my training. Of course I would like to lose a lot more weight and I've lost some weight since I started working out, but I still need to lose a lot more weight and I think this can help my back even more. My knees are fine now, I don't have the sciatic pain in my leg that I used to have, I was able to sit much more comfortably than I used to. But more importantly, not only do I run — and you know I'm 65, but — I don't run like an 85- or 90-year-old man, and unfortunately when I had back seizures a few years ago, I ran completely skinned and he looked a lot older than me, to be honest.

The number of sessions before I really feel better would be around 4 or 5. “My life before Relief4Life was: Shoulder and neck pain every night. I had problems with my sacroiliac joint, it kept spraining, I was in a lot of pain and it made my work difficult.

I ran into the bedroom and said to my fiancé honey I can lift my leg no pain. I was impressed! I just couldn't believe I wasn't getting results after some things I tried and when I did the program for the first time I got results right away. It was 8 years and I felt this way. "Well when I was 15 bulldogs and a running dog cut my legs off from under me and I fell on my tail and broke the bottom of the last vertebra. Um... I went to a chiropractor, got temporary relief. “Before Back Pain Relief4Life I had back pain and in the Marine Corps I injured my back. I used to have spondylolisthesis so I had a clean break in my back. That was 2006 and the operation. I had surgery in 2007, four titanium balls in my back and an L5/S1 fusion and have been trying to get back to my fitness level ever since. I was on a pretty rigorous training regimen but it got to the point where I could only train for about 2 more days so I had to take anywhere from a week to 10 days off before trying again and it just wasn't working for me. I had lower back pain, at times it felt like someone was really grabbing and squeezing my lower back, but I also had upper back issues where my shoulder blades are. "My life before Back Pain Relief4Life... my lower back was really bad. I passed out really badly about 3 times a year where I couldn't walk or do anything for about 2 weeks. I had sciatica in both legs. I've had a chiropractor since 2004 and he's helped me through times when my back hurt, but I've seen him constantly through the years, he never went away. "I've had back pain since high school. I mean, that was a staple in my high school, in college, and even after college, I always had back pain. "The tension between my shoulders is gone..."

“My life before Back Pain Relief4Life was basically forever… They just got used to living with pain and thought it would never go away because of work issues. I am always hunched over, sideways and always have stiffness, mostly stiffness between the shoulders and a stiff neck and lower back pain. "I could barely walk... About an hour later I was able to walk, move and jump... So it was very effective."

“I had an injury while training, I tore my muscle and about a week later I tore it again, resulting in a serious muscle spasm injury. I could not move. I was literally stuck on the floor for about an hour and fifteen minutes. So I could barely walk and we called and canceled my training session and Bojan said, “Keep going. We will do the Back Pain Relief4Life stretching program.” I went in and when I went in I had to ask my wife for help walking and thanks to the program we were able to walk an hour later... I walked, moved and jumped, so it was very effective. I wouldn't say I was 100 percent pain free, but I was able to move at this point. It took a few days for the muscle spasm and swelling to go away and it definitely helped. Last time I felt like I was definitely going to have surgery, so much so that I even scheduled and had an MRI. So I was sure that I would have surgery in the near future. "I'm able to carry the ball farther than I could 20 years ago..."

“I used to play a lot of golf and had to stop about 12 or 13 years ago. I was with a physical therapist for 6-12 weeks, it didn't seem to help much. My sleep was interrupted due to having to give up the most strenuous physical activities, including golf. My gardening was limited to what little I could do. I had to give up work several times because of back pain. Sometimes the pain was so bad that I could not easily get out of a chair or bed, making it very difficult to do everyday things. I gave up golf, it was too painful to keep trying. Those of you who play golf know that golf involves many upper body dislocations and injuries and of course golfing is not played with the arms but with the larger muscles of the upper body and legs so don't let the twist do the trick for you good golf swing is required. It was too painful so I gave up. The 25-year history of back pain.

As you may have seen in my video, about 25 years ago I had severe, stabbing pains in my lower back. After an MRI,
Problem was diagnosed as a herniated disc between L-5 and L-6. I was told that this was a very common issue and that medication, some rest and possibly some physical therapy would help. The conservative orthopedist was reluctant to operate, citing my pain and mobility. Medication helped and despite the occasional flare-up all was well until about 10 years later I felt severe pain while doing strenuous work and this time the MRI showed the disc was 'obliterated' and there was nerve compression. the vertebrae The doctor's words are not mine. The initial stabbing pain subsided but I was left with my lower back, which I had to be very careful with. Cortisone injections and oral administration helped, but this is a powerful drug with dangerous side effects and limited use.

I endured this handicap for about 15 years, sometimes better, sometimes worse. In 2008, I met Ian Hart and Bojan Mladenovic (creators of Relief4Life) at EarthFIT, a new neighborhood gym and fitness center. On a whim, I brought them my doctor's report and the MRI to see if they had a program that might help. Bojan said: "I can help you". I was very skeptical as nothing I had tried had worked, but I decided to give it a try. They immediately accepted me into the Back Pain Relief4Life program. “In 2005 I broke my spine snowboarding (sacrum fracture and L-5 dislocation). I went about a quarter mile on my chin and the board hit my head. I spent weeks in a back brace on a healthy dose of painkillers, anti-inflammatories, and muscle relaxants. I say a healthy dose because it was literally enough to supplement a meal. After about 2 months I was able to start physiotherapy. I did this for about a year until I started feeling normal again with the help of my steady pill diet. I had a cyst on my back and I had to go to my doctor who drained the cyst and did an injection to block the pain but it didn't block it completely it was still there so I was trying to figure out how it was I went to live with the pain and I came to Relief4Life.
After Relief4Life I came to a session, I worked and did all the exercises, I worked with the program and now I have no pain. “Before Relief4Life I had constant lower back pain. A few years ago actually 7 years ago I went to a doctor and went to a chiropractor who referred me to an orthopedic surgeon who said I needed an injection in my lower back. I tried it and this time it worked quite well. However, 6 years later the back pain returned. And again I went to an orthopedist and again he told me that I need these injections in L5 and L6. While after 3 shots in each of those vertebrae the pain was still there. I am a 65 year old military veteran who has been using your program since April 2018. I am physically active, in good shape and enjoy golf but have had back pain after playing 18 holes for the past four years. I limited golf to about once a week (I rarely played or practiced on consecutive days), used an inversion table, and saw a chiropractor regularly for pain relief. My golf goals earlier this year were to play pain free and consistently score in the high seventies. I always trained and stretched with different programs to pursue these two goals before starting BPR4L. I am pleased to report that I have had no back pain since June after playing 18 holes of golf, a direct result of your excellent program! Also, I can now play or practice on consecutive days without pain. I still have pain and stiffness in my back and hips, but the severe back pain after playing golf has completely gone.
